THIS COVERAGE IS ONLY OFFERED ONCE A YEAR.

This basic policy offered to clubs through the GCFM is a “Premises” policy: that means clubs and members are covered as well as the meeting space.  In addition, the policy now covers special events (AS LONG AS ALCOHOL IS NOT SERVED).  Clubs having special events should contact our agent (Gary Nagle at 781-235-0502 ext. 261 or Kathy Coppola ext. 250) prior to the event to let them know the event is planned. This additional coverage is the reason for the $0.50 per member price increase.

RATE: $2.50 PER ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING MEMBER

PAYMENT: CHECKS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE GCFM OFFICE, 219 Washington Street, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.  Make checks payable to “GCFM, Inc.” and indicate “Club Insurance” on the bottom of the check so you get proper credit.  Please include the form below with your payment.

REMEMBER: THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THIS YEAR YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE OR RENEW INSURANCE WITH THE FEDERATION.  THE DEADLINE IS ABSOLUTE DUE THE INSURANCE COMPANY’S TIMELINE.  This notice is in the Presidents’ January packet, the March/April Mayflower, and on the web site.
